Are you passionate about contributing to impactful government initiatives? We are looking for Project Coordinators to support the successful planning, execution and on-ground implementation of a Government Project across Araria, Purnia and Bhagalpur districts of Bihar.

Key Responsibilities :-

Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure smooth implementation.
Collaborate with internal teams, local stakeholders, and field personnel.
Monitor project progress and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
Conduct regular field visits across assigned districts.
Support operational planning and ensure timely project execution.

Eligibility Criteria :-

✔ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in Project Coordination, Operations, Client Management, Program Implementation, or Field Coordination.
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
✔ Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
✔ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned districts.
✔ Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage field operations effectively.

Preferred Experience :-

Candidates with prior exposure to Government Projects, Education, NGOs, CSR initiatives or Development Sector programs will be given preference.
