🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support and manage large-scale education projects across Bihar. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, schools and government stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation, stakeholder engagement and successful execution.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate end-to-end implementation of projects across assigned districts in Bihar.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, government stakeholders and project partners.
* Visit schools, government offices and project locations to ensure smooth execution.
* Facilitate student identification, onboarding and successful program implementation.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership.
* Prepare project reports, documentation and success stories.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

* Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Project Coordination, Client Management, Program Implementation, Operations or Field Coordination.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (written and spoken).
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Willingness to travel across districts within Bihar for field visits.
* Experience in education, NGO, CSR or government-funded projects will be an added advantage.
