🧠 About the Role :-

We are looking for skilled Machine Learning Researchers to contribute to advanced AI training projects involving machine learning model development, training and inference systems, numerical computing and performance optimization.

This is a coding-intensive role focused on building, debugging, reviewing and validating complex machine learning engineering solutions using Python and AI-powered coding agents.

🔑 Key Responsibilities :-

✅ Develop and validate ML models, training pipelines and inference systems.
✅ Implement model components, data pipelines, evaluation frameworks and numerical methods.
✅ Optimize model performance, memory usage and computational throughput.
✅ Debug numerical, algorithmic and system-level issues.
✅ Build reproducible workflows using Python and command-line tools.
✅ Review, test, and validate code against correctness and performance benchmarks.

🎯 Required Qualifications :-

🎓 Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or a related quantitative field.

💻 Strong experience in Machine Learning and Python programming.
🤖 Hands-on experience using AI coding agents in development workflows.
⚙️ Knowledge of model training, inference, numerical computing and performance optimization.
🧪 Strong debugging, problem-solving and code validation skills.

⭐ Preferred Background :-

Experience in AI research labs, technology companies, engineering organizations, academic research or open-source machine learning projects.
