🧑‍💻 About the Role

We are seeking experienced CAD Experts to contribute to next-generation AI training and evaluation projects.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), manufacturing processes and engineering workflows to improve the accuracy, reasoning and technical capabilities of advanced AI systems.

⚡ This is a coding-intensive role requiring practical experience with Python and AI-powered coding agents.

No prior professional experience in AI development is required. However, strong CAD expertise and proficiency in coding-assisted workflows are essential.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and improve AI-generated CAD designs, engineering recommendations and manufacturing workflows.

Provide expert feedback on manufacturing processes, CAD modeling and engineering methodologies.

Review AI-generated outputs for technical accuracy, feasibility and efficiency.

Develop and validate evaluation rubrics for manufacturing and engineering tasks.

Use Python and AI coding agents to support technical workflows and evaluations.

Identify errors and inconsistencies in AI-generated engineering solutions.

Contribute domain-specific expertise to improve AI model performance.

Support tasks involving CAM, CNC machining, and digital manufacturing processes.

✅ Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with at least one CAD platform:

AutoCAD

Autodesk Fusion 360

SolidWorks

FreeCAD

Onshape

Autodesk Inventor

CATIA

PTC Creo

Strong understanding of CAD modeling, engineering design and manufacturing principles.

Practical experience using Python and AI-powered coding agents.

Ability to analyze complex engineering problems and provide accurate technical assessments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Fusion 360 or AutoCAD.

Experience with Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) and CNC machining.

Familiarity with digital manufacturing and production workflows.

Experience with AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI-assisted engineering.

Experience developing technical evaluation frameworks and assessment rubrics.

Knowledge of manufacturing optimization, design validation and engineering automation.

Work is assigned and evaluated on a deliverable basis.
