Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Applied Scientists and Data Science professionals to contribute to next-generation AI training projects. The role involves conducting statistical analyses, developing machine learning models, designing experiments, evaluating AI-generated outputs and providing expert-level quantitative reasoning to improve AI model performance.

No prior AI experience is required. Strong expertise in applied statistics, machine learning, data analysis and experimentation is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute statistical analyses to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.

Develop, validate and evaluate machine learning models for real-world business and research problems.

Perform data manipulation, transformation and analysis using Python and Pandas.

Design experimentation frameworks and analyze experimental outcomes.

Evaluate AI model outputs for statistical accuracy, machine learning concepts and quantitative reasoning.

Create expert-level prompts, datasets and reference solutions for AI training.

Identify statistical errors, flawed methodologies and weaknesses in quantitative reasoning.

Review peer contributions and provide constructive, high-quality feedback.

Prepare reproducible Python code, analytical reports and technical documentation.

Communicate analytical findings, methodologies and recommendations clearly and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 1 year of professional experience at a leading company in technology, finance, research or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Python and data science libraries, including Pandas and Scikit-learn (sklearn).

Demonstrated expertise in applied statistics, experimental design and machine learning.

Experience developing, tuning and evaluating machine learning models in practical applications.

Strong understanding of data modeling and experience working with structured and unstructured datasets.

Advanced academic background or hands-on experience in data science, applied mathematics, statistics or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex quantitative concepts clearly.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
