Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Software Architects and Software Developers to contribute to next-generation AI training projects. The role involves designing scalable software solutions, reviewing complex codebases, creating technical documentation and providing real-world programming expertise to improve AI models' coding, reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.

No prior AI experience is required. Strong software development and architecture expertise is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

Design scalable, secure and maintainable software architectures.

Develop and evaluate software solutions using Python, Java, JavaScript, Node.js and full-stack technologies.

Conduct code reviews to assess code quality, functionality, performance and adherence to coding standards.

Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture guidelines and design specifications.

Analyze technical requirements and recommend software architecture best practices.

Identify potential issues and suggest improvements for system performance, reliability and scalability.

Provide real-world programming examples and technical explanations for AI model training.

Communicate technical findings and solutions clearly and effectively.
