🧑‍💻 About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Mobile Software Engineer to contribute to the training of next-generation AI systems. You’ll create challenging mobile software engineering tasks that help AI models improve their ability to code, debug, refactor, build features and optimize applications.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

🔹 Create complex and realistic mobile coding tasks for AI models
🔹 Design tasks involving bug fixing, feature development, refactoring & performance optimization
🔹 Build reproducible environments and deterministic verifiers
🔹 Develop golden reference solutions for each task
🔹 Work with Android/Kotlin, iOS/Swift or Cross-Platform technologies
🔹 Test solutions and ensure correctness across different implementations

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

✅ Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin / Swift / TypeScript / JavaScript / Dart
✅ Experience with Android, Jetpack Compose, iOS, SwiftUI/UIKit, React Native or Flutter
✅ Strong knowledge of mobile architecture, state management & app lifecycle
✅ Expertise in debugging, asynchronous programming & performance optimization
✅ Ability to solve complex mobile engineering problems
