📌 About the Role

We are looking for a Robotics Project Lead to own robotics data pipelines end-to-end, from data capture to final client delivery. You will drive quality, scalability, efficiency and execution across complex robotics projects while working closely with engineering, operations, finance and clients.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities
Own robotics data pipelines with accountability for quality and delivery.
Design and optimize large-scale data collection and processing pipelines.
Manage FPS constraints, hardware systems and multi-camera sensor setups.
Deploy and manage RGB, stereo, and IMU sensor systems.
Lead data transformation aligned with client schemas and formats.
Build automation for validation, QA, reporting and workflow efficiency.
Define and enforce data capture protocols and operational standards.
Identify bottlenecks and optimize cost, quality and throughput.
Translate client requirements into executable systems and processes.
Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, operations and finance.

Strong experience in robotics or high-throughput data pipelines.
Hands-on experience with sensor systems, FPS constraints and multi-camera setups.
Experience with large-scale data processing, storage and delivery systems.
Strong analytical and systems-oriented approach.
Experience defining schemas, protocols and operational standards.
Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams.
Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution and improve systems.
High ownership, fast execution and comfort working in ambiguous environments.

Experience scaling robotics data operations from pilot to production.
Experience building tools for data validation, QA or pipeline automation.
Experience working directly with clients on technical data requirements and IMU sensor systems.
