📌 About the Role

We are looking for experienced MongoDB Specialists / NoSQL Database Experts to contribute to an AI Training & Evaluation project. You will create realistic, challenging MongoDB tasks, document workflows, prepare database environments and record task execution to help improve advanced AI models.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Create practical MongoDB tasks based on real-world database workflows.
Work with databases, collections, documents, CRUD operations, queries, filters and indexes.
Use MongoDB Compass and local/cloud database environments.
Import/export JSON/CSV data and troubleshoot common database issues.
Prepare sample data, test databases, and safe database configurations.
Clearly document task goals, steps, queries, and expected outcomes.
Record and review workflows to ensure accuracy, completeness and quality.

✅ Requirements
Hands-on experience with MongoDB, NoSQL, database management and CRUD operations.
Strong understanding of BSON/JSON, queries, filters, aggregation basics, indexes and connection strings.
Comfortable using MongoDB Compass, terminals, browsers and database tools.
Good English communication and documentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to create realistic technical tasks.
Ability to work independently in a remote, hourly contractor environment.
