📌 About the Role

We are looking for experienced Content Writers, Editors, Copyeditors and Proofreaders to contribute to an AI Training & Evaluation project focused on text quality and content assessment.

You will use your expertise in writing, editing, grammar, syntax and content quality to evaluate and improve written content while helping train and enhance next-generation AI systems.

No prior AI experience is required — your writing and editorial expertise is what matters.

📝 Key Responsibilities :-
🔍 Evaluate written content for clarity, coherence, accuracy and quality.
✏️ Review and edit content for grammar, syntax, structure, tone and readability.
📖 Perform detailed copyediting and proofreading while maintaining high English-language standards.
🤖 Assess AI-generated content and identify low-quality, artificial or AI-generated text.
💬 Provide constructive and actionable feedback on writing quality.
🎯 Apply strong editorial judgment to identify inconsistencies, errors and quality issues.
📊 Conduct content quality assessment and written evaluations.
🧠 Prepare written analyses and recommendations to improve AI training datasets.
🤝 Collaborate remotely with project coordinators and other specialists.
⏱️ Complete assignments within defined timelines while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

🎓 Preferred Qualifications :-
✅ Proven experience in content writing, editing, copyediting, proofreading, or content evaluation.
🎓 Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Journalism, Communications, or a related field or relevant experience teaching English.
🇬🇧 Native or near-native English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication.
🧠 Strong ability to identify subtle differences between human-written and AI-generated content.
📑 Experience with editorial review, content assessment, quality assurance or text evaluation.
💻 Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
