📌 About the Role

We are looking for experienced Backend Software Engineers / Developers to contribute to an AI Training & Evaluation project. You’ll use your software engineering expertise to create challenging coding tasks, implement features, fix bugs and build reliable verification systems that help train next-generation AI models.

No prior AI experience is required — your software engineering and problem-solving expertise is what matters.

💻 Create realistic and challenging coding tasks for AI systems

🔍 Debug applications and identify root causes of issues
🧩 Develop deterministic verifiers to evaluate coding solutions

Strong backend development experience in Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Python, C++ or similar technologies

Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and computer science fundamentals
Experience working with large codebases and complex applications
Strong analytical and technical communication skills
