About the Role

We are looking for skilled Gujarati Language Specialists / Transcription Experts to contribute to an AI Training and Evaluation project. In this role, you will use your Gujarati language expertise to accurately transcribe, review and annotate audio content, helping improve the quality and performance of next-generation AI systems.

No prior AI experience is required — your language expertise and attention to detail are what matter most.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately transcribe Gujarati audio into written text while maintaining language authenticity and context.
Review, proofread, and edit transcriptions for grammatical accuracy, clarity and fidelity to the original audio.
Identify and annotate linguistic nuances, cultural references and regional dialect variations.
Maintain consistency in formatting, terminology and transcription style across assignments.
Collaborate with project coordinators and provide feedback on transcription guidelines and tools.
Complete assigned milestones and deliverables within the specified timelines.
Communicate clearly and promptly regarding project progress, queries or potential issues.

Preferred Qualifications
Native or near-native proficiency in spoken and written Gujarati.
Strong understanding of Gujarati language, grammar, regional variations and cultural context.
Prior experience in audio transcription, captioning, proofreading or linguistic annotation is preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment.
Familiarity with transcription software and digital tools is an advantage.
Interest in AI, language technology or AI training projects is a plus.
