About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Rust Engineer to contribute to AI Data Training and Evaluation projects. You will review and evaluate AI-generated Rust code, assess technical reasoning, identify coding errors and create high-quality technical explanations and solutions.

This role involves working with AI-generated code, LLM outputs, software engineering problems, and Rust programming concepts to help improve the accuracy, reasoning, safety and quality of advanced AI models.

Key Responsibilities
Review and evaluate AI-generated Rust code and technical explanations
Assess solutions for correctness, safety, logic and adherence to prompts
Identify issues related to ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, concurrency and data races
Evaluate algorithmic reasoning and step-by-step problem solving
Fact-check technical information and identify inaccuracies
Create high-quality Rust solutions, prompts, explanations and model responses
Demonstrate idiomatic Rust programming patterns and best practices
Compare and rank multiple AI-generated responses based on accuracy and reasoning quality
Develop AI training content across different Rust and software engineering topics
Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, fluency, relevance and contextual understanding
Test AI-generated solutions for potential technical inaccuracies and reliability issues

Required Qualifications
1–2+ years of professional Rust development experience
Strong knowledge of Rust programming
Strong understanding of ownership, borrowing, and lifetimes
Experience with backend development, CLI tools or systems programming
Ability to write and evaluate safe and idiomatic Rust code
Strong understanding of traits, generics, pattern matching, and error handling
Experience using LLMs or AI coding assistants for programming
Strong ability to validate and fact-check AI-generated code
Excellent English communication and technical writing skills
Ability to provide precise, structured, and easy-to-understand technical explanations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field
Minimum C1 English proficiency
Highly detail-oriented approach to technical evaluation

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI data training, code evaluation or large-scale code review
Production or advanced project experience with Tokio, Actix, Serde and Async Rust
Experience with competitive programming
Contributions to Rust open-source projects
Strong understanding of performance optimization, concurrency and software correctness
