We are looking for experienced and passionate JEE/NEET Faculty for Physics and Chemistry to join our academic team in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidates should have strong subject expertise, excellent classroom delivery skills and experience in preparing students for competitive entrance examinations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and concept-oriented Physics/Chemistry lectures for JEE and NEET aspirants.
Teach JEE Main, JEE Advanced and NEET level concepts as applicable.
Develop strong conceptual understanding through structured classroom teaching.
Prepare and discuss MCQs, numerical problems, practice sheets, assignments and test papers.
Solve and explain previous years' questions (PYQs) and competitive-level problems.
Identify student learning gaps and provide appropriate academic guidance.
Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide exam-oriented preparation strategies.
Track student performance through regular tests, assessments and feedback.
Collaborate with academic teams for lesson planning, curriculum development and content creation.

Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage students effectively.
