🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Ruby Engineer to contribute to AI Data Training projects focused on improving the quality, accuracy and reasoning capabilities of advanced AI models.

In this role, you will review AI-generated Ruby and Ruby on Rails code, develop solutions, evaluate technical reasoning, identify errors, and provide clear expert feedback. You will assess code for correctness, readability, maintainability, MVC architecture, domain modeling and control flow, while creating high-quality explanations and model solutions using idiomatic Ruby patterns.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated Ruby and Ruby on Rails code.
Create high-quality prompts, solutions, explanations and AI training content.
Assess AI responses for correctness, reasoning quality, and technical accuracy.
Identify issues in MVC structure, domain modeling, control flow and application logic.
Evaluate code for readability, maintainability, refactoring opportunities and best practices.
Fact-check technical information and provide structured technical feedback.
Test AI-generated solutions and identify inaccuracies or inconsistencies.
Contribute expert insights to improve AI model performance.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2+ years of professional Ruby programming experience.
Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails and MVC architecture.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining Ruby/Rails applications.
Strong understanding of idiomatic Ruby patterns and backend development.
Ability to evaluate code correctness, readability, maintainability and logical structure.
Experience using LLMs or AI coding assistants and validating their output.
Excellent English writing skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field.
C1 English proficiency and a highly detail-oriented working style.
