🚀 About the Role

Join a cutting-edge Generative AI team working on next-generation AI applications and foundational AI systems. We’re looking for experienced Full-Stack Software Engineers who can build, integrate, test and optimize production-ready software around advanced Large Language Models (LLMs).

You’ll work on fast-moving engineering projects, collaborate closely with technical leadership and contribute code from the early stages of development.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Build and ship full-stack applications, backend services, APIs and internal tools.
Develop solutions using Python, Java, Rust, C#, C++ or TypeScript.
Integrate LLM and pre-release AI model APIs into production applications.
Build tool interfaces, evaluation harnesses, testing frameworks and telemetry systems.
Work with React or equivalent modern frontend frameworks.
Design and work with relational and document databases.
Deploy and manage applications using cloud platforms.
Identify, diagnose, and document AI model and software integration failure modes.
Translate technical observations into clear feedback for AI/research teams.
Prototype rapidly and deliver working solutions under evolving requirements.
Collaborate with engineers and technical managers on architecture, code quality and technical documentation.

🎯 Required Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience building and shipping production software.
Strong production experience in at least one of :-
Python
Java
Rust
C#
C++
Working proficiency in a second programming language.
Strong Full-Stack Development experience.
Hands-on experience with :-
Backend Development
REST APIs / Web Services
React / Frontend Development
Relational Databases
Document Databases
Cloud Deployment
Software Architecture
Ability to quickly understand an unfamiliar codebase and start contributing.
Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
Demonstrated career progression and ownership of technical projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts and engineering decisions.
Availability to commit 40 hours per week during weekdays.
